Nicole, was born and raised in the Hat & has spent the last nine years shaping young minds . She currently teaches Kindergarten in Schuler. She and her husband, Jordan, have called their acreage in Cypress County home for six years, where they share their lives with a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, goats, and horses.
Nicole’s deep passion for animals, particularly horses, has been a defining part of her life. Although she didn’t own her own horse until nine years ago, it was then that she began learning to ride and quickly fell in love with the sport of barrel racing.
In 2022, Nicole took her passion to the next level by joining the Dunmore Equestrian Board, where she has worked to make a difference. Living and riding in Alberta’s winter conditions has inspired Nicole to contribute even more to the local equestrian community.
